Since its introduction in the smart phone marketplace, The Droid has been chipping away market share from Apple's iPhone and RIM's Blackberry. In 2010, Google released an open development platform called Android App Inventor. This user friendly platform allows non-programmers the ability to create Android applications and these applications run on Droid phone. The Web Academy (a non profit technology organization) will be offering FREE Android App Inventor classes to anyone interested in learning. The classes are FREE however, the course materials cost $69.00.
Space is limited, you may enroll at:

I've been looking for an App Inventor course online. I looked this one over and was able to find one more. This one is only $69 but doesn't really cover much content. The other one has tons of content but they don't show a price. I'm guessing since App Inventor is down right now they're not running it? Do you know how much the other one charges?
